- if your dog is not yet accustomed to the process and we need more time
- a keratin treatment to strengthen the coat, if needed

GROOMING FOR CATS
We are also specialists in cat grooming.
Brushing, detangling or removing mats, dry shampoo, and a bath if necessary.
We offer special time slots in the morning or late afternoon.
This is when there are no dogs in the salon, allowing us to avoid any stress for both species. We ask cat owners to stay with their cats during the first grooming session.
The standard service costs CHF 55.
Brushing, removing mats, dry shampoo. Approx. 1 hour.
In cases of extremely matted fur, we understandably have to charge an additional fee, depending on the time required.

OTHER AVAILABLE TREATMENTS
Here you can book additional services directly online.
Prices start at the amount listed.
Of course, the actual cost always depends on the time required for the service.
For example, if the coat is severely matted, the treatment will take longer.
If the coat is heavily soiled, a bath is mandatory.
Otherwise, brushing could damage the coat’s structure. The dirt particles act like sandpaper.
For teeth cleaning, we use a special brush
and toothpaste that is suitable and tested for dogs.
Upon request, we also offer ultrasonic teeth cleaning.
For teeth with heavy plaque buildup, we generally recommend
an initial cleaning at the veterinarian’s office (under anesthesia if possible).
This is also recommended by veterinarians, as it is usually less stressful for the dog.
Afterward, we recommend regular cleaning at our facility.
We offer also other SPA treatments, like Thalasso or remineralization or Ozon Therapy.

You can change or cancel your booking at any time up to 24 hours in advance.
Please understand that we must charge a cancellation fee for cancellations made after the deadline,
as we still have to pay our staff
for the time they would have spent on your appointment. Of course, this does not include the cost of materials.
The prices listed are for standard, routine treatments.
In cases of matted fur, knots, or other time-consuming situations, we understandably have to charge an additional fee.
All gift certificates and vouchers are redeemable for purchases of CHF 60 or more.
You can combine them, but they are non-transferable.
