Milla - love at first sight

Milla came into our lives three months after our 14-year-old German Shepherd, Kira, passed away.
She was wandering around the countryside near Bitonto in the province of Bari when some volunteers took her in and posted her photo on Facebook.
It was love at first sight. A week later, she came to live with us.
The first month was tough because she was afraid of everything and didn’t even want to leave the house.
Then, little by little, with lots of love, she gained confidence and became a star!
I can take her anywhere without any problems!
She loves the car, the snow, tennis balls, and sticks!
She gets along with other dogs (as long as they stay away from her food bowl 😂).
Today she’s almost 13 years old and still in great shape!
She’s been lucky, but we’ve been even luckier!❤️
